The Invisalign system is a radically new approach for aligning teeth. Unlike the traditional
metal braces, which impact on your appearence and which many adults find uncomfortable,
this new system is designed to be both comfortable and non-intrusive.
The Invisalign system consists of a set of aligners, which are are customized clear plastic covers,
worn over your teeth. They are uniquely manufactured for your teeth based on casts and
procedures performed by Dr. Perdikis. Each set of aligners gradually moves the teeth into
proper position as you change aligners every two or three weeks.
Except when eating, the aligners are meant to be worn continously throughout the day and night.
The Invisalign system is designed to work with a minimum of discomfort and be practically invisible.
